One of my favorite stamp sets is the Victorine Originals Baseball set.
It's vintage and fun. A real classic.
To give the image a more aged look, I first stamped it on ivory card stock with black ink.
Then I sponged distress inks onto it - both a red and a blue.
This gave it a more aged look and helped the image to blend with the designer papers, too.
I matted the image with a layer of red card stock.
I think this helps it show up better on the blue designer paper.
I added a baseball brad and a few white enamel dots, too, and it's finished.
