Hello Friend

Good Morning Dreamerz and Happy Wednesday!!

Today is my day to take over the SumMoreFun Designs Blog.

Here's my inspiration for you using:

Oops a Daisy

Today I want to share my take on a Eclipse Card with you.

Card Recipe:
I first stamped the larger of the 2 daisies in the set on some masking paper then fussy cut it so that I would have a mask that I could not only use for this card but for future projects also.  For the stamped layer I used a piece of Bristol Vellum cut to 5.25 x 4.00. I then took and made a very light pencil mark/line thru the center lengthwise as I wanted the flowers and die cut layer to be as centered as possible. I stamped the largest daisy using my Tim Holtz stamping platform as near to the center as possible using Gray Flannel ink from Memento.  Next I applied the mask of the stamped image and took the smaller of the 2 daisies and positioned it where I wanted and stamped it in the same color ink, to achieve the second daisy I flipped the card 180 degrees and stamped the next daisy. The sentiment was then added using Tangelo ink from Memento. After removing the mask I used a big hello die and die cut the center, I also die cut 4 more times using gray cardstock from my stash that would be used in assembly for the final project. Using Faber Castell watercolor pencils I colored in only the parts of the flowers that were on the die cut letters paying close attention to where the petals from one flower intersected another.  Once I was happy with the colors I assembled the card by gluing down the die cut base to gray cardstock, then I started adding in the layers of gray cardstock on top of each other to build up the word hello, the final step was gluing down the letters I had previously watercolored and adding a tiny yellow/gold rhinestone on the sentiment.

Enjoy Life

Enjoy Life

Good morning crafty friends.  Amy here for my Monday post.

Life has sure become busy.  Seems like we are being pulled in one direction and then the other.
Do you get the chance to remind yourself to
Just enjoy life?

I think we all need to do this in our lives.
Just stop and enjoy what is going on around us.
This is what inspired my small canvas I made for today.
I just need to remind myself to be still, smell the flowers, enjoy nature, the quiet, the birds chirping.

I painted my canvas in black, then stamped the large stemmed daisy by Victorine Originals in red paint.
I added some texture using a stencil.
Almost to look like a path.
Added some distressed papers and stamped this cute bicycle from the Bicycle set w/ Penny Farthing
I also stamped the daisy on different papers and fussy cut them out.
You can find the product list on my blog at

My project also goes with the current Mood Board Challenge we have going on.

Heres a look at the Mood Board

I hope you will join us for your chance to win!!! Link up your projects today, you only have a few days left.

I hope you find time to enjoy life.
Stop and smell the flowers.

Connected by Heart

Hello and Happy Saturday!
Design Team Member Heather here and today I am taking over the blog at SumMore Fun and have this easy and fun card to share with you.  I began by taking the cute world stamp with hearts from the Playing Cupid Raisin Boat stamp set and stamping it out onto a piece of white card stock with Versa Mark ink and then heat embossing with Silver Embossing Powder, I then cut it out with a square stitched die set from my stash and then mounted that onto another stitched square the next size up in black card stock which was then placed onto one more cut square in white, all three layers were then placed onto a top folding medium grey A2 card base.  I stamped the sentiment from the same set at the bottom in Versa Fine Onyx Black ink and then to finish it off I used my Kirarina Wink pens in White Pearl and Black Pearl to accentuate the stitched lines and to also color in the hearts on the world for some glimmer and shine. You can find links below to the products I used  and also to the ongoing Challenge, we would love to have you come join us.
See you soon!

Bicycle Happy Birthday Card

Good Morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with you today. The card I am sharing with you uses a stamp set from Victorine Originals called Bicycles Set with Penny Farthing.
I used patterned papers from DCWV's Hello Darlin' stack.  I stamped on the wood grain paper with the square shaped bicycle stamp using brown ink.  It created a great background!  I stamped the focal point bicycle in brown as well and then die cut around it.  The sentiment is from Victorine Originals' Floral & Sayings stamp set.  That was stamped with VersaMark and embossed with gold powder.  I embellished with a bow of Trendy Twine and enamel dots.
Remember, we have this Mood Board Challenge going on right now! Here is the inspiration photo for it. You can use the pictures, theme, and/or colors to enter.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Good afternoon, Sharon here from Mollie Moo's Crafty Place taking over the blog today.

I hope you are all entering our challenge - don't forget you can win a gift certificate to spend on our huge collection of stamps!

Today's card Is a very simple one that fulfills the theme from our current mood board:

I stamped the Large Stemmed Daisy stamp and the Kindness is to the Heart What Sunshine is to the Flowers sentiment with white opaque ink onto black card.

I had to stamp a few times to get a good level of ink. This is where the Tim Holtz Stamping Platform earns it's worth - you don't need to worry about getting perfect placement every time as long as your card stays in place you and stamp over and over again!
Once my image was stamped clearly I matted it onto some pink card and a white card base A few matching enamel dots placed around the image just balanced the design.

Thank you for stopping by, If you are looking for more inspiration check out my teamies cards on the BlogFaceBookInstagram and Pinterest.

Rub a dub dub

I'm sitting here at a crop (stopping every few minutes to borrow products from the SumMore Fun booth) FINALLY getting some scrapbooking done. I hope this finds all of you well, as we haven't been at our house and it's been a rough couple of weeks.

Seriously, you guys, if you ever have a chance to attend a crop where SumMore Fun is a vendor - you must do so! The amount of wonderful product they have is so super awesome and handy for croppers!

Now on to the layout... I found this one-page layout kit at a recent scrapbooking garage sale. It was $1! How could I resist? I don't often make one-page layouts because I take WAY TOO MANY pictures, so first I had to figure out how to adjust it to a two-page layout.
From top to bottom: I colored in the title with the beautiful violet Kirarina Wink Glitter Marker. Once it was dry, I added some accents with purple glitter glue.

I inked all the edges of my white photo mats with a coordinating ink. These Memento inks are PERFECT for this!

Then I went crazy with the bubbles! These are vellum circles. I inked the edges with the Bahama Blue Memento ink. I glued them to the sheet with a clear liquid glue. As they dried, they naturally curled - which made them look even more like bubbles! Once they were secure, I drew highlights on with a sky blue Kirarina Wink Glitter Marker. Then I added some shimmer chalk. To finish them off, I added lines of clear glitter glue!

I used the Raisin Boat stamp Baby Face for the bathtub. I stamped it twice, trimmed it out and glued it together. I colored in the bubbles with the sky blue Kirarina Wink Glitter Marker and then added some clear glitter glue. I also used the aqua blue marker for some accents.
For the journaling block, I used a sentiment from the Leave Your Mark Raisin Boat stamp and added accents with the sky blue Kirarina Wink Glitter Marker and some purple glitter glue.
On the second page, I stamped the new baby circle from the Talking in Circles Raisin Boat stamp set, and then cut around it and colored some of the dots with the three Kirarina Wink Glitter Markers I used on the previous page. I colored in the center of the stamp with a clear glitter shimmer pen.
I assembled the duck using pop dots after I inked the edges with Memento Ink. I colored in some accents with the Kirarina Wink Glitter Markers, a gold shimmer pen and some chalk.

What have you been working on lately? If it ties into the theme of our current mood board, don't forget to enter it into our challenge. You could get some of these awesome products for winning! See all the details on the blog post.

Thanks for checking out my most recent project!

Last Valentine's Day Card....

Hello & Happy Thursday Everyone!
DT Theresa here from Theresa's Crafty Creations
Today's my day to take over the blog!!
YAY for me... 🙌

Today I thought I would share my last Valentine's Day Card -

Valentine's Day was Yesterday and I hadn't had a chance
to share the card I made for a friend of mine --

I die cut my Heart Circle die twice, so I could
mix and match the design together - Then I adhered them
on top of a White 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card front -
Then I used a Stitched Rectangle Die to give my card
a nice border

I attached my Card front to some Fun Foam, then attached it
to my Pink Cardbase --

My Dotted Heart Stamp & Sentiment Stamp are Heat Embossed with
some Fine Silver Embossing powder
I used my Clear Wink of Stella Pen to add some
Glitter to all the pink hearts then added a couple
of Clear Ice Cube Jewels for a final Touch!

I'm using the Playing Cupid (9059-Z) Stamp Set

This set is Perfect for so many
occasions besides Valentine's Day -
I just love it!

Pop up Valentine's Day Hearts

Good Morning, Sharon here from Mollie Moo's Crafty Place taking over the blog today.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

What better way to celebrate the day than with red and pink with hearts!

This is the front of my card, I have used 2 sentiment stamps that do compliment each other, first I started with the larger Happy Valentine's Day stamped in the center of my card in red I then multi stamped Dot Happy Valentine's Day with pink ink all around the rest of the card.

When you open the card it pops with hearts:

Once I'd made up my card insert which is a die set I stamped the Medium Sketch Heart on 4 piece of white card rotating them so they face opposite ways. These were then matted onto white card and adhered to the pop up section of the card.
My front was matted in the same way and added to the card I then used a few enamel dots as embellishments.

Don't forget you still have a few more days to enter our moodboard challenge you can find the details here - just add all those Valentine's cards you have been making - I'm sure they will fit the theme:

Be Mine Canvas

Be mine

Hey crafty friends,
Amy here to share a Valentine canvas with you.
I used Victorine Originals I love you heart and Be Mine, Valentine stamps.

I started out with a flat canvas, added texture using gesso.
After that dried, I painted the canvas using alot of color.
With our recent challenge, it challenged me to add red to my projects, which is something I don't normally do.
I do like the look of red bleeding thru the canvas in areas.
I then colored my cardboard peice and stamped it.
Looking thru my stash, I was able to find many valentine related pieces to add.
After finding the right spot for everything, I glued everything down to the canvas.
I stamped the Be Mine portion of the stamp to add additional wording.
Stop by my blog
For a list of products used.

Remember we have a challenge going on right now.
Create a new project and link it up for your chance to WIN!!!
Heres the Mood Board for the Challenge.

You can use anything from this mood board even the colors.

Loves me, loves me not...

 Hello and happy Saturday!

Heather here and it is my day to take over the blog, so let's get started on how I made this fun Valentine card.
I started with a piece of scrap paper that I die cut a heart from, I then laid the negative piece onto some white card stock and took a bunch of the cute little stamps from the Raisin Boat Playing Cupid set and stamped them all over the heart cut out area with three different pink inks from Hero Arts (Rosie Cheeks, Bubblegum and Raspberry Jam), I then took some Tim Holtz Distress Oxide ink in Worn Lipstick and applied it with an ink dauber over the whole area.  When that was all dry I used a White Gelly Roll pen to add detail to the stamped images and help them pop from the pink background.  I then removed the negative scrap paper and die cut the white panel with a stitched rectangle die.  I added a sentiment at the bottom from the same stamp set and then another little flower, I always think of flowers when I hear "loves me, loves me not" and this flower is a perfect fit. I glued the top layer to a piece of pink card stock, die cut with the next size up rectangle die and then glued that down to a white side fold A2 card base.  The card is simple but packs a colorful punch.  This stamp set offers so much possibility and I am enjoying playing with it immensely and cannot wait to see what else I can come up with.
Don't forget our current challenge is still running and we would love to see our projects.  I have included the Mood Board with link below.
See you soon!
